Purchases made in-store can be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund within 7 days from the original purchase date. Product exchanges can be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
Canadian online purchases may be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment (less original shipping costs, if any) within 14 days of the delivery date. Online purchases may be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations.
For both in-store and online purchases, your item(s) must be unused, unaltered, undamaged and in its original packaging and with the original tags attached. Please note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Stars & Strauss and that Stars & Strauss reserves the right to limit or refuse a return, if it does not meet the above conditions.
All shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
