Only items purchased online can be returned online. All in-store purchases must wait until the stores re-open to be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund. For in-store purchases made in March we will be extend our in-store return policy for 2 weeks after the stores re-open.
Canadian online purchases may be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment (less original shipping costs, if any) within 14 days of the delivery date.
Your item(s) must be unused, unaltered, undamaged and in its original packaging and with the original tags attached. Please note as well that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Stars & Strauss and that Stars & Strauss reserves the right to limit or refuse a return, if it does not meet the above conditions.
All shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
