COVID-19 Update - Reopening Guide

Here are some of the measures we have implemented to ensure the health and safety of our Associates and Clients:
  1. Daily Employee Health Screening
  2. Mandatory for all clients to wear face masks and sanitize hands prior to entering our stores (disposable face masks and hand sanitizer will be available)
  3. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout our stores
  4. All of our Associates are required to wear face masks and wash / sanitize their hands after each client interaction.
  5. We are encouraging touchless payment by debit / credit card.
  6. Frequent cleaning and disinfection of commonly touched areas.
  7. Returns/Exchanges and try-on items will be steamed and quarantined for 24 hours before being returned to the sales floor.
  8. Limit try-on items to only items that require alterations.
  9. Limit number of changing rooms.
  10. Change rooms will be cleaned with disinfectant after each use.
  11. Limited number of clients in our store at one time to ensure
    Social Distancing.
  12. Safety protocol for alteration measurements
    1. Our associates wear a face mask and a face shield
    2. Our associates will sanitize their hands before and after
    3. Our associates will remain behind you during the pinning process.

  14. Private Shopping by appointment (after hours)
  15. Mobile concierge for fittings
